It’s so exciting to see everything coming together in our newly expanded area. What once was a field with rocks and weeds is now a beautifully developed community with roads, sidewalks, clubhouse, greenery and so many beautiful new homes.
So far, we’ve had 15 homes come in and have been lucky enough to experience the excitement and joy as watch each of these homes come together beautifully.

We are also welcoming our 5 brand new residents into our new section. They’re definitely excited to be able to enjoy the golf course across the street, the Jordan River Parkway walking path on the west end and all of the shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes in any direction of our community.
