Expansion Update: Completion Anticipated End of 2021. We’re thrilled to be able to give you an update on our newly developed expansion of Winchester Estates!
We have 32 homes on the ground and 27 of them have already been sold and are now occupied. Most of the homes in the expanded area are now fully landscaped and the new residents are settling in nicely into their new forever home. We only have 8 lots left to fill and we anticipate to have the entire expansion completed by the end of 2021. View our model homes here. It’s definitely been a journey to say the least, especially because the pandemic hit right before we even received our first home.
It has taken a lot of hard work and perseverance to be where we are today and it’s still hard to believe we went from a dirt field to a beautiful community in less than 2 years, despite the pandemic.
