It’s so exciting to see so many new homes arriving each month, we’re looking to have 29 new homes in our newly expanded area by the end of 2020, with all this new growth going on, we had the need to hire a Sales Manager and are pleased to welcomes Derrick Wademan.
Winchester Estates Sales Manager
Derrick comes to us with a lot of home sales experience. He’s very knowledgeable, motivated and always willing to assist anyone inquiring about our new homes. After graduating high school Derrick studied civil engineering in South Africa, then went onto becoming a certified financial planner and real estate broker before moving to the USA with his wife Jennifer in November 2017.
Derrick and Jennifer have two daughters and two granddaughters. One lives in Dallas Texas and the other in Christchurch, New Zealand. Derrick is an avid watersport enthusiast. He enjoys sailing, swimming, scuba diving, canoeing, and has done some deep water sailing down the coast of Africa. Derrick also has run several ultra-marathons and has set the goal to do his first iron man before he retires. Welcome aboard, Derrick!
