I realize I haven’t posted about our expansion in a while, so I thought I would do that today. I wanted to share a pretty good experience I had, when I was out walking in our community. It was a pretty warm day and I decided to walk around our newly expanded section and take it all in!
I took notice of how far we’ve come in our newly expanded area. What was once a fenced weeded area is now a community with paved roads, street signs, brand new homes, a playground and a beautiful clubhouse. We have 31 of the 40 new homes on the ground in various stages; some have just arrived while others are already called home by our new residents.

I was taking it all in when a gentleman approached me. “WOW. Amazing. What a difference!” he said, “The growth is truly impressive and beautiful“ I then proudly responded back, “why thank you sir, my name is Shayleena, I’m the Property Manager for Winchester Estates and you are?” He said, my name is Dennis, I’m an investor. “I lost the bid to you guys back in 2016, when this park was up for sale.” He mentioned he stopped by to see what changes if any, had taken place and was amazed.
This is the reason why I, and so many other residents, feel Winchester Estates is the best community to live in. I know this not because they tell me, but because I see the way our residents take pride in fertilizing, watering and mowing their lawns, their excitement shows when they’re out planting new flower beds around their homes and fixing up around their home.
